Green Valley Homeowners’ Recreation Association (GVHRA) is a private homeowners’ association of 1,048 homes consisting of single family and attached units. Membership in the association is a mandatory requirement for all homeowners in this community, and use of the facilities are limited to residents and owners. Selected activities are open to the general public on a limited basis and at a higher cost. There are three functioning sub- associations for the attached units that maintain separate common grounds and in some cases exteriors. Each are operated independently from GVHRA. GVHRA is responsible for maintenance of the common greenbelt areas, pools and clubhouses, as well as providing a variety of activities and services that meet the needs of the community. The association is managed by an on-site staff.
