The community is located in Northeastern Fountain Valley (between Warner & Talbert and Euclid & Ward) in the county of Orange. It is made up of 787 single family homes and 261 attached units. Within the neighborhood are Cox Elementary School and Masuda Middle School both part of the Fountain Valley School District. There are also two churches, a synagogue, two hospitals and a variety of stores and restaurants. The community includes: Large 22 acre greenbelt with lighted sidewalks that runs through the middle of the community Four playgrounds Three swimming pools adjoin the greenbelt, the North, South and Adult (21 and up) Pools. Two clubhouses with full kitchens, tables and chairs are available for homeowners to rent. One is located by the South Pool (Family Clubhouse) and the other is located by the Adult Pool (Adult Clubhouse.)
